John O’Flaherty Bio
John entered the real estate business in 1998 working with his father Dan for 15 years. Together Dan and John achieved immense success including being the top team in the South Florida Region two years in a row. Upon Dan’s retirement in 2012, John knew he needed some help since he was now a single agent and had just lost an incredible business partner. John turned to MAPS coaching to help with the next stage of his career.
Today The O’Flaherty Team is one of the top producing teams in the state (Top 150 teams per Real Trends 2016 & 2017). In 2017 John and his team of 4 closed over $35 million in volume. Today The O’Flaherty Team has grown to 7 people and will close more than $55 million in volume with an average sales price of over $700,000. John is equally proud that all of the sales agents on the team will Cap.
John is passionate about building a business around a strong listing inventory. He is a strong believer in coaching and thinking BIG. John is excited to teach the KW Model’s and enjoys inspiring and coaching his fellow agents.
