Ending 2017, led by Alan and the entire Leadership Team, The Waxman Group grew to 567 Agents with Owner Profit of $651k, Profit Share of $556k, and Total Profit of $1.2M.
In 2012, as Team Leader of Fort Lauderdale, Alan finished the year at #1 in both Owner Profit and Profit Share across 27 market centers in the South Florida Region. Also, in 2012 Alan became a BOLD Leader Coach. In addition, he is also a nationwide consultant/trainer on the DISC Behavioral Assessment. His understanding of the DISC helps him coach his Agents and Leadership team on how to better succeed through others’ natural behavioral styles.
Alan credits his understanding and use of the DISC tools invaluable in his professional and personal life. By utilizing this system, Alan has built a highly successful real estate company based on culture, synergy and teamwork. His practice of the DISC has been invaluable to his success in sales, coaching, motivation and leadership.
Originally from Bucks County, PA, Alan moved to south Florida in 2006 where he was one of the instrumental leaders in the launch of the Northeast Fort Lauderdale Market Center. Prior to this launch, he was the Team Leader-CEO of the Doylestown, PA Market Center for 3 years. Under his leadership, the Doylestown Market Center grew from 56 to 211 agents and in 2005 lead the Southeast Pennsylvania Region in all profit categories.
