We had a great Train the Trainer Advanced class in Naples with Holly last week at the KW Naples office. I foresee some amazing KWU Approved talent coming out of this class. Keller Williams Cultural Ambassadors meet a higher level of responsibility, a deeper sense of caring, a more selfless attitude of sharing and live a more purposeful driven life. We are so proud of Pedro Casanova, Founder and CEO of The KREN Group at Keller Williams Realty Premier Properties in Miami Kendall and FES Instructor, who was named a KW Cultural Ambassador to the Florida-South Region this year at Mega Camp. It is truly wonderful to see Pedro being recognized for his hard work and commitment to everything Keller Williams stands for. We love you Pedro and are so thankful to have you teaching in our program.
We are so proud that FES Instructor Xavier Muniz, who just this year took his passion for technology and began teaching, is KWU Approved as of this week. This is an honor bestowed to less than 200 instructors. In case you don’t know much about this program: KWU Approved Trainers are certified through KWU. Trainers at this level have the opportunity to train in any Region to which they are invited. They are marketed on the KWU website and are invited to faculty program events. Becoming certified means that a trainer has met KWU’s high standards and is recognized by Regional leadership for their talent as a trainer. It also means that KWU is confident that a trainer can deliver KWU courses in an engaging and effective environment so that the lessons can immediately be applied to associates’ businesses and lives.
