Mark Mulcahy got into Real Estate in 2002 after the dotcom bubble burst.  After selling real estate for 5 years at a high level, he then decided to teach the “Red Book” to agents as the Team Leader in Bedford, NH.  In 2008, his first year in that role, the Market Center profit shared $89,000 with 48 agents.  Over the next 8 years as Team Leader, the market center always finished in the top 25 offices for profit share and now has over 360 agents.  In 2015 and 2016 the Bedford Market Center finished the years ranked 5^th in profit share.  Mark has a passion for culture and growth and wants to help others achieve their goals.  In 2016, Mark became the Operating Principal in Marco Island and stepped down from the Team Leader role to become the Operating Principal in Bedford, NH as well.
