Headshot - Mark Olesh - 17-05-11Mark has led the South Florida Region to top 10 finishes in growth twice (including # 3 in 2009), and increase in owner profit once.  During his time as Regional Director, total agent commissions have increased by $37 million, a jump of 55%.  Mark began as a capping agent in Palm Harbor, became an ALC member and was then recruited into the Team Leader opportunity. There, under his leadership, the office grew from 95 to 210 agents and profit of $400,000.  He also enjoyed coaching many of the top agents in the market center as well.  Mark is passionate about the Keller Williams profit share system and using it to build wealth in multiple areas. It has helped him grow a property rental portfolio and ownership in Keller Williams Market Centers.
