To be a creator of opportunities for growth by helping them find clarity of why, what, who, and how that will impact their lives and the lives of others; then holding them accountable for executing a plan to get those results.”
“Michael is a teacher first and foremost. He is also a friend and mentor. Our office has over 200 agents in it and the fact that we are growing and maintaining our agents is in part directly because of all the work he does.” Helane D.
“One key benefit to the KW arsenal is Productivity Coaching. One can get distracted with the urgent but unimportant aspects of our business. Productivity Coaching keeps me on track; whether new to the entire business of real estate or not, without laser focus that is tweaked when necessary, I wouldn’t be able to achieve my goals. I would recommend Productivity Coaching for any agent in the Keller Williams family.” Mona L
