Michelle Moreno is an accomplished Tampa Bay Area agent who has built her real estate business solely by “farming” her neighborhood.  She has steadily gained mind share in her 1500+ home community and currently earns over 12% market share.  Michelle began her career with Keller Williams Tampa Properties in March 2014 as an agent associate and has held multiple positions within the market center over the past few years including Assistant Team Leader, Interim Team Leader, Director of Productivity, and Broker Liaison.  Michelle is currently the CEO of the Key to Sold Team, a Growth Productivity Coach, and a FES instructor.  Prior to real estate, Michelle served in the United States Air Force and retired after 27 years of honorable service, including two tours in Iraq and Afghanistan.  She is the recipient of the Bronze Star medal and is an 8 x BOLD graduate.  Michelle is married to her business partner Vincent Moreno. They have four grown children, two grandchildren, and two chihuahuas.
