Holly Prescott launched her real estate career in 1983, initially focusing on residential properties in Las Colinas. After a stint in commercial real estate, she rediscovered her passion for residential real estate at Keller Williams Realty.

Melissa, a 36-year resident of Tampa Bay, embarked on her real estate journey with Keller Williams in 2004. With a passion for real estate, teaching, and coaching, Melissa is a top producer in her market center (#5 out of 400 agents in 2021) and region (#2 in the South Florida Region, July 2022) as a solo agent. Her success is built on relationship-driven business, creating exceptional customer experiences. Melissa, along with her husband, actively invests in real estate, currently owning 10 properties. She’s dedicated to sharing her wealth-building expertise through real estate education.
