After many years of owning and managing a successful, regional advertising agency Sandy Dougherty was ready for a career change. With encouragement from friends and family, she started in Real Estate with Keller Williams in August 2013. Grateful for all of the amazing opportunities Keller Williams offers she is on the journey of a lifetime.  Sandy is an eight time BOLD grad, ALC Member, Agent Productivity Coach and soon-to-be KWU Approved Trainer with just under $8 million in volume in 2016. Her team, “Red Ribbon Real Estate Group,” is an MREA model in progress. Sandy’s daughter-in law, Ashley, recently joined the team as an assistant/buyer specialist.
