BILL KENNEDY

Bill’s journey in real estate began in September 2001, and by December 2004, he had joined Keller Williams Realty. Before making his mark in real estate, he served as a sheriff’s deputy and police sergeant in the Upstate of South Carolina.

During his time in law enforcement, Bill discovered his passion for training, eventually earning a master’s degree from the University of South Carolina. Bill quickly adapted to the Keller Williams culture, becoming an ALC member and investing in a market center. He played a significant role in introducing technology and lead generation classes to his KW market center.

Beyond selling real estate, Bill took the initiative to create and teach Real Estate Safety classes. In 2018, he earned the distinction of becoming a Keller Williams University Approved Trainer, with aspirations to join the Keller Williams International Master Faculty in the future.

Outside of work, Bill enjoys flying private aircraft, participating in shooting sports, and pursuing his interest in local theater and film productions. Bill also volunteers as a board member for the Veterans of Public Safety.
