Began his real estate career in Tampa, FL in 2013 after living in Oregon where he worked as a high ropes course facilitator and zip line tour builder. Jake is the father of a beautiful baby girl, Everlyn Mae, and husband to loving wife, Annie. Jake chose real estate because of his love of adventure, travel and passion for building relationships. During his first year he was named Rookie of the Year for his market center. Jake is now the CEO of Base Camp Tampa Bay at Keller Williams Realty. In 2022 BCTB earned the No. 1 team for GCI in the Clearwater Market Center which was the No. 1 Market Center in the South FL Region. His small yet mighty team has produced between $15 Million and $20 Million per year the last 5 years. Jake is a KWU Approved Trainer, has taught and facilitated panels on stage at KW Family Reunion, has been on the Associate Leadership Council 8 times, 20 time BOLD graduate and a MAPS coaching client. Jake follows the Millionaire Real Estate Agent models and is a firm believer of keeping it simple and sticking to the basics to achieve your goals. Plus, he’s an all around Great Guy!
