
Kevin is close to a ten-(10) year Keller William Associate.
Kevin holds two-(2) bachelor’s degrees from Eckerd College, St. Petersburg, Florida and a master’s degree in Organizational Design and Development from St. Leo University, St. Leo, Florida.
Kevin began his Real Estate business as a single agent and quickly learned that Buyers and Open Houses were his sweet spot. Early on, Kevin would do 3-4 Open Houses a week and as he built his 90% of his business came from buyers; every listing he took came from a buyer he had worked with.
As a result of this success, Kevin was asked to teach in his market center. He taught everything from every Ignite Session, specialized developed Open House on Steroids sessions, to Buyer Consultation session, with emphasis on real-time role play.
Kevin began an all-voluntary Productivity Coaching program within his Market Center; wherein he recruited new and non-producing agents. During the two-(2) years he ran his Productivity Coaching program Kevin coached thirty-two producing agents contributing an average of $4 Million dollars monthly closed volume.
Today, Kevin overseas the Training Calendars of three-(3) market centers with over one thousand agents and teaches a New Agents MREA Business Launch session for all new agents in his market centers.
