A resident of the Tampa Bay Area for over 38 years, Melissa De Maria has been selling real estate since 2004 when she started with Keller Williams Tampa Properties. A single agent for the majority of her career, her production averages 35 – 40 transactions/year. Melissa enjoys helping people with their primary home purchases and sales, but she gets particularly excited about assisting and teaching investors how to invest in real estate to build wealth. Melissa and her husband are also real estate investors. Melissa has the Certified Distress Property designation, is a Certified Property Manager and is a member of the Luxury Marketing Institute. While Melissa has been a part of the ALC many times, she discovered her passion for teaching during her first stint when she joined her market center’s Education Committee. This passion has led her to teaching for FES around the South Florida Region and then become a KWU approved instructor. Melissa is now also co owner of FES. Teaching has led to coaching agents and businesses to build the businesses and lives they desire. As an instructor and co-owner of FES, she looks forward to bringing her knowledge and experience to market centers via classes designed to take agents’ businesses to the next level. Melissa is a talented agent who really enjoys her business, but her first love is her family. Melissa has been married for 38 years, is the proud parent of 2 beautiful daughters, 2 wonderful son in laws and has two precious humans aka her grandson and granddaughter.
