After building and branding “The Bizzy Blondes” in Los Angeles, Calif., one of the most successful real estate teams in the nation, Rae Wayne (and partner Judy Sheller) joined Keller Williams Realty in 2001. Rae was hugely instrumental in the growth of Keller Williams throughout southern California. With yearly sales volume exceeding $80 million, “The Bizzy Blondes” iconic stature garnered top honors and awards with Keller Williams Realty, as well as landing them in the Top 100 Realtors in America in REALTOR Magazine.

From 2001 through 2008, Rae and her partner were personally coached and consulted by Gary Keller himself and in 2004 her team’s production exceeded $112 Million!  She was a member of Gary’s mastermind group for The Millionaire Real Estate Agent, The Millionaire Real Estate Investor, and Rae is quoted in SHIFT.  In 2008 Rae Wayne was voted the first Culture Icon in her region. She’s been consistently featured at Family Reunion every year since 2004.  She became a Master Faculty Trainer in 2009 (the highest Training Certification in Keller Williams) and was also one of the early BOLD Coaches.  She is Certified as a “John Maxwell Speaker and Trainer,” and Rae worked for more than a decade as a Maps Agent Coach, specializing in Mega Agents and their teams.

Licensed since 1986, Rae is a master at scripts and dialogues, and her favorite subject is the art of leverage:  building a team AND a brand. She’s an inspiration when speaking of her own leadership success regarding team structure, standards, compensation and profitability.
